To Promote a Query
You can share data
queries that you have created with other members of your team, by promoting
your query to
Shared Queries.
Follow these steps to promote a query.
- Open Query Browser.
- In My Queries, select the query that you want to move.

Click (
) to expand its context menu then
select
Promote to Shared.
The duplicate query appears in Shared Queries and is accessible to members of your team.
